It is very glad, that at last has appeared a normal page in an Internet, concerning budget business.
I work with estimates not so for a long time and certainly there are many questions...... Unfortunately specially estimators nobody prepares, in HIGH SCHOOL give an elementary set of knowledge, but, as well as all higher education, is not absolutely enough of it for normal work.
It has turned out so, that subscription РНТЦ in firm is not available, estimator which worked up to me in general any representation about estimates has no, i.e. to address to somebody with a question simply not really.... Therefore I am very glad, that there was your page, hope, that it will help me with work and will give answers to my questions.
